One of the fundamentals of business is to achieve excellent product/service delivery, outdoing the customer's expectations of quality. There would be no customer complaints if this was achieved.

We all see the potential in the GodPill Podcast, but it needs to be delivered consistently with clear communication of the podcasts schedule.
